BOOKING POLICY

You can confirm your reservation only after depositing a deposit of 25% of the final amount (minimum amount 1 overnight stay) within 5 days of the day of booking.
In the event that you do not deposit during this period, your reservation is considered void.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time in the room is after 14:00 until 23:30.
Check out time until 11:00.
For check out up to 18:00, the charge is 50% of the price (overnight stay) and for check out until 21:00, 100% of the price.

CANCELLATIONS / RESERVATION CHANGES

If canceled up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days.
For cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival, the customer is required to pay 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay 50% of the remaining days in addition to the overnight stays.
In case of booking multiple rooms, the deposit applies to each room separately and in case of cancellation of more rooms, is not offset with the remaining rooms of the reservation.

CHILDREN / EXTRAS

Children under the age of 3 are free of charge when using their parents beds. A babycot is provided with a charge of €5 per day, depending on the availability of the accommodation.
The accommodation may refuse your stay if, upon arrival, additional persons appear on the number of beds booked.
All children staying in our accommodation must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
